Our Promise to You:

• We use only sunflower oil and olive oil, with no hydrogenated or industrial cooking oils.

• We use only cow or sheep ghee whenever ghee is used in our recipes.

• All meat dishes are prepared using fresh lamb only.

• We use only Al Ain Fresh Doubled Cream Milk in all recipes that require milk.

• We use Lurpak and Président butter for exceptional quality and flavor.

• We use Puck cooking cream & Président Mozzarella Cheese in all applicable dishes.

• We don’t use flavours enhancers or food additives.
